Please read the return policy carefully and fill in the return form completely to ensure fast processing of your return.

Our returns policy
- Unsatisfied or damaged product: We ask you to return the product at your own expense.
- Return notification within 14 days: Please use the return form (see download button below).
- Reimbursement: Within 14 days of the return notification, the purchase price will be refunded.
- Exceptions: Cut-to-size or machined products cannot be returned.
- Wrong dimensions ordered: Products with incorrect dimensions entered by yourself cannot be returned; in this case, place a new order.
- Damage: Please send a photo of the damaged product by e-mail.
