Wonderboard HACCP wall covering and ceiling finish
Wonderboard® wall coverings are mainly used in areas with high hygiene requirements (HACCP standards) and cleaning convenience is a requirement. The polyester wall and ceiling coverings do not absorb odours, are resistant to bacteria and mould and resistant to varying temperatures, corrosion, rust, cleaning agents and most acids and chemical products. Thanks to its low thickness, there is no loss of space when glued directly. Wonderboard is colourfast to the core.
Mould- and bacteria-resistant ceiling and wall covering
Wonderboard polyester sheets and sandwich panels have a unique fused protective layer in the surface. This ensures that the sheets are mould- and bacteria-resistant as well as dirt-repellent and impact-resistant. The hygienic wall panels and ceiling systems are resistant to scratches and abrasion. Furthermore, the panel does not absorb odours, is colourfast to the core and the wall panels do not suffer from corrosion or rust.
Unique hygienic 2-component adhesive bonding
With the application of Wonderboard wall and ceiling panels, there is also no loss of space. Wonderboard boards are bonded with a unique hygienic 2-component adhesive bond, are thermally stable and do not lose strength at temperatures from -50°C to +100°C.
HACCP wallcovering applications
In Wonderboard plastic wall, ceiling and partition panels, a special type of high-strength polyester resin is combined with a fibreglass-reinforced fibre glass to give the panels superior quality, durability and flexibility.
