Description
Outer corner profile E is intended exclusively for vertical corners. Depending on the type of profile, the corner can be emphasised with an additional accent or minimally emphasised. In joints with horizontal seams along the profile, an EPDM foil is recommended. This ensures maximum protection of the battens against rainwater penetration. The profile is fixed through and through when mounting the panels, but can also be easily fixed using the V-groove in the legs of the profile, which prevents the screw from slipping.
The Outer corner profile E is of high quality and is used for HPL panels for facade and interior construction. As standard, these profiles (working material number AlMgSi0.5) are supplied in lengths of 3.055 metres with a bright anodised surface treatment of 15 Mu. Kunststof Forte BV can supply these specific profiles on a project basis in any NCS, Sikkens or Ral design colour. The powder-coated profiles are produced with the Qualicoat® quality label in the standard RAL colours. There is also a choice of gloss levels of 78% (gloss) or 58% (matt). Furthermore, the material thickness of at least 1.1 mm guarantees a (minimal) risk of buckling of the profiles at free span.

Processing instructions
- Respect the processing instructions of the manufacturer of the panels used.
- Fix the back side of the profile between the support structure and the gable panel.
- Provide sufficient space between 2 contiguous profiles so that any expansion of profiles
by temperature fluctuations can be absorbed.
Maintenance
- For any contamination caused by environmental or climatic influences (e.g. sawdust during assembly
of the facade, soot deposits, escape rust in coastal areas, etc.), the profiles can be cleaned with water or a mild soap solution and a soft sponge
become.
- When using a soapy solution, rinse the facade with water after cleaning.
- The use of solvents or solvents for cleaning is not permitted
